Sahl Andrew Onglatco, a dedicated professional, has successfully completed his degree through the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), a government-authorized program that allows working professionals to earn a bachelor’s degree by recognizing their prior learning and professional experience.
