In response to the invitation of the Vatican and De La Salle Philippines to have a Localized World Youth Day, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde through the Center for Lasallian Ministry-Office for Student Accompaniment, have provided a venue for young Benildeans-Lasallians to have a meaningful encounter with one another and enrich their Lasallian Spirit. With a theme “Benildean in Haste for Others” based from the inspiration at World Youth Day 2023, taken from Luke 1:39 “Mary rose and went in haste”, several talks were given by our Benilde Alumnus, Mr. Miguel Antonio Amurao and from The Feast Benilde Coordinator, Mr. Nico Tee last December 1, 2023 at the Auditorium of Duerr Hall, Benilde Taft campus. Other activities have also held at the Plaza Villarosa, with Taize led by Mr. Glian Ilagan followed by the Sacrament of Confession and Holy Mass presided by our college chaplains, Rev. Fr. Marc Bryan Adona, SSS and Rev. Fr. Tedley Villanueva, SSS at the Chapel of the Resurrection.
