[2023-2024] Benilde Strengthens Lasallian Network Through Green Lane MOA Signing

De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) reinforced its commitment to fostering seamless academic pathways within the Lasallian community through the signing of the Green Lane Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) held last June 3, 2024, at the Ideation Room, The Atrium @Benilde.

The historic partnership brought together representatives from La Salle Green Hills, La Salle College of Antipolo, De La Salle Santiago Zobel, and De La Salle Araneta University—all member institutions of the De La Salle Philippines (DLSP) network.

Under this new agreement, Senior High School (SHS) graduates from participating DLSP schools can proceed to Benilde for their tertiary education without taking the Benilde Entrance Exam (BEE), provided they meet the prescribed minimum GPA requirements. This initiative aims to recognize the shared Lasallian values and academic standards upheld across the network, allowing a smoother transition for students who wish to continue their formation within the Lasallian educational system.

The MOA also covers the crediting of institutional courses, ensuring that students’ prior learning experiences are acknowledged and integrated into their college education. In the initial phase, religion subjects from DLSP schools will be credited to Benilde’s BIBCHUR (Biblical Church Studies) course, marking the beginning of further harmonization of curricula across the Lasallian institutions.

Through the Green Lane program, Benilde continues to embody the Lasallian mission of accessible, inclusive, and transformative education—building stronger bridges between Lasallian schools and ensuring that students experience a continuum of excellence from senior high to college.

The ceremony symbolized not only a formal agreement but also a shared vision: a unified Lasallian network empowering students to learn, serve, and lead in the spirit of faith, zeal, and communion.
